well-dressed professional and church women. Our sizes ranges from
6-34.

offer? Our store carry top designer suits such as, Donna Vinci,
DVC Exclusives, Lisa Rene, Elite Champagne, Champagne, Aussie Austine,
Milano, Roma, Harmony, GMI, Nubiano, Lloyd Williams, Ben Marc, Ben Marc
Executive, Misty Lane, Fifth Sunday, M-Sherri, Terramina, Susanna, Molato
and there will be more added. We also carry a line of Prom, Evening,
Mother of the Bride, and some formals.

Do you offer catalogs?
We do not offer catalogs to customers. We are strictly an on-line
boutique.

What are the forms of
payment? The forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card,
Debit Cards and American Express.

Who is your preferred
shipping carrier? UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. All
rates are calculated directly from UPS.

How long will it take to
receive my order? You will receive your order within 5 business
days of all in stock merchandise. Please allow 7-10 business days for
special orders.

Is it safe to use my
credit card at Jackie's Boutique?
Yes. Shopping at
Jackie’s Boutique is safe and secure. The way to tell that you are using a
secure site, there will be a prefix of https when you are entering your
credit card information. Our site employs the latest version of Secure

that only you and an authorized Jackie’s Boutique representative will ever

What is your Return Policy?
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or give any
refunds/exchanges. Please see our
Shipping and Returns Policy.

Can you order by phone or fax?
Yes, you can order by phone at 888-232-9820 or Fax at 318-748-7577.
Please print the Order Form and fax without
Credit Card info. A representative will contact you via phone for that
information.

Does your store offer group orders,
such as choir, ushers, singing groups? Yes, we offer group
packages of 4 suits or more. Contact us via phone or email for quotes.

Can my order be
canceled after I have place the order on the website?
If you would like to
cancel an order after the order is placed you must do so within 24 hours.
You are required to send an e-mail stating that you want to cancel your
order. After 24 hours, all orders are sent to the processing warehouse and
cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses a delivery, a 50% restocking fee
will be taken from your refund for refused packages.

Do you offer Layaway? We
are researching the possibility of internet layaway.

Will you offer men suits
in the near future? Yes, we will be offering a men's line catalog
in the very near future.
